Look for opportunities to off load federal activities to American citizen owned private sector businesses. Stop all automatic increases in budgetary processes. Require zero based budgeting, justify all funding. 3. Many agencies need to be stripped of: legislative, rule or law making authority, enforcement authority, judicial authority and reduced to advisory function only. 4. Secure borders and control all immigration. |
